Our company was founded by Jason Gerrish.  Jason has 20+ years of expertise with SQL Server including 7 years as   Manager of Database Technologies at Monster.com and 11 years as Principal DBA at Vistaprint.com.

Disaster recovery details (what we provide for DR):

  • Ensure proper backups are setup for all user databases and all system databases on each server (including full and transaction log backups where appropriate)
  • Monitoring your SQL Server jobs to ensure those jobs are completing successfully (backups are being created)
  • Coordinating with you on which databases need off-server backups and then creating those backups and ensuring they complete successfully on schedule
  • Assisting with any disaster recovery efforts (e.g. restoring database)
  • 24/7/365 support for any database disasters
